How does our Instagram/Google connected plate work?
Inside our connected plate, there’s an NFC chip that can be programmed to instantly redirect to your Instagram page and Google reviews page. NFC (Near Field Communication) technology is the same as what’s found in bank cards for contactless payment.
As soon as a customer or prospect brings their smartphone close to the plate, they’ll be redirected to a page allowing them to visit your Instagram account and your Google reviews.
Do we need to subscribe to use your duo NFC plate?
Once you’ve placed your order and sent us your page URLs, you’ll need to wait 3-5 days to receive your contactless plate. You have nothing else to do or subscribe to, there’s no subscription – it’s a one-time purchase! As soon as you receive your marketing accessory, you can start using it!
Where and how to mount the Google/Instagram plate?
On the back of each plate, there’s a double-sided adhesive that will allow you to display your Instagram/Google NFC plate wherever you want. The connected plate should be displayed in an easily visible location. For example, at a checkout or reception counter. It’s better if someone is present to encourage scanning the NFC plate!
How many contactless plates should we buy?
Taking the example of a store, it primarily depends on its size. If it’s a small space, 1 plate will be sufficient. However, for a large store, you’ll need to think about the most strategic locations. 2 or 3 Instagram/Google plates might be useful! If you have multiple stores, then it would make sense to equip all locations. It’s up to you!
Are all mobile phones compatible with reading your Google/Instagram NFC plate?
Today, all smartphones coming to market are equipped with an NFC reader. If you encounter a customer with an older phone, you can always show them the QR code which can be scanned using the camera and possibly a dedicated application.
